Personal Booking (Non-Commercial Usage)

Booking Hour:

4 hours as session, 1 session at least

​

Weekdays (Mon - Fri) :

09:00 - 21:00  HK$420/hr

                     HK$3,450 for 9 hours

21:00 - 23:59  HK$520/hr

Weekends (Sat - Sun) & Public Holidays :

09:00 - 21:00  HK$550/hr

                     HK$4,450 for 9 hours

21:00 - 23:59  HK$650/hr

Air-conditioning fee, electricity fee and basic equipment package are included in the charges.

 

Commercial Booking (Photoshooting, Videography, TV Commercials, Filming)

Terms:

PAYMENT: A cash deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking.  Balance payment is due in full on the booking day.

CANCELLATION: 50% of deposit will be forfeited should no show, however, 1 time rescheduling can be arranged upon placing request 48hrs ahead. 

CLEANUP FEE: Kindly leave the studio in a clean state, anything that buy in, please remove at the end of the rental.  A cleaning charge of $150 per session or $300 per day will be added to studio rental subject to the nature of booking.
