The brief was to reposition ICBC (Asia) as the ideal wealth management partner for Hong Kong customers. Rather than leading with scale, we flipped the lens — building the campaign from the customer in, not the bank out. The creative strategy put audience emotion and financial aspiration at the centre: understanding what people actually want from their money, then showing how ICBC (Asia)'s unmatched network — rooted in Hong Kong, connected to Mainland China, reaching 49 countries — could get them there.
